Kirkfield Guest House is a family run bed and breakfast in Grassington in the Yorkshire Dales. The house enjoys an enviable location with uninterrupted views over the dales, there are five guest bedrooms in the Bed & Breakfast. With car parking for around ten cars and also having secure bike storage for cyclists makes Kirkfield Guest House the perfect place to stay when cycling the Way of the Roses.

Kirkfield Guest House has five guest bedrooms in the Bed & Breakfast. Two of the rooms are extremely large and have ensuite bathrooms, both with gorgeous cast iron baths. The other three rooms share the use of a large shower room and also two separate toilets.

Bedroom one is a very large family room. It has a super-king bed and two single beds. The super-king can also be split in to two, so the room can take four singles. There is a big sofa and a television in the room. There is an ensuite with an original roll-top bath which has a shower above it. The room is very bright and has windows on three different sides of the room which all look over the fantastic views.

Bedroom two is another family room. It has a double bed and a single bed in it. There is also a small sofa in the room. This room is not en-suite, but shares the large shower room, not far from the bedroom.

Bedroom three is a twin room with two single beds and two armchairs in it. The room has a beautiful original fireplace in it.

Bedroom four is a large ensuite family room. There is a double bed and a single bed. The ensuite boasts a fabulous original roll-top bath and wonderful views. The bedroom has two armchairs and a television in it.

Bedroom five is a small single room which is based downstairs. There is an armchair and television in the room as well as a washbasin.

Rooms 2, 3 & 5 share the use of the large shower room.

The Dining Room

There is a fantastic dining room for guests to have breakfast which is a choice of fruit (in season, this is fresh from the kitchen garden), cereals and a cooked breakfast. We cater for all dietary needs, please feel free to ask if you have any special requests.
