Helwith Bridge Inn

Carol, Paul and their staff welcome you to the Helwith Bridge Inn, a traditional, independently owned, free house, real ale pub. Set in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, you can look out to Pen-Y-Ghent, the first ascent on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge. The pub is a haven for; walkers, cavers, climbers, cyclists and campers; as well as being a meeting place for the locals of Helwith Bridge and Horton in Ribblesdale. “Perfect hikers accommodation and pub, can't wait to return”

We stayed one night in the Hotel Paradiso bunkhouse and had a few drinks over a couple of nights in Helwith Bridge Inn. We were in the area to complete the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge. If every hiker-friendly pub in the country was like this I would be in heaven. I am happy to admit to being old fashioned and...
