“Steak and chips”
Great well kept beer, i had the Grey Hawk Brewery Pippin which was very nice. Went for an afternoon drink stayed for evening meal, I had steak and chips with vegetables and red wine. The food was delicious and plentiful, would definitely eat here again.

“Warm and friendly”
Arrived in Pateley Bridge Friday afternoon for a weekend walking. After a long drive from South Wales looked for a place for some good pub grub. The found the Crown in a number of reviews it was a 10 minute walk from the cottage we had rented. We received a friendly welcome when we went into the restaurant. A good choice on the menu a good specials board. Good real ales and wine. Food was excellent and all round it was a very pleasant evening meal.
“Pie and Peas!!”
We always have 'pie & peas'. The pork pies are from the local butcher, served with mushy peas and a small bucket of chips all for £5.00. Bar aera ia stone floored and dog friendly. A must stop anytime we're in the area.
“Last minute find and a real gem”
Wow what can I say we booked a last minute night away and this place was amazing. Rooms were very clean lovely hot shower and HUGE fluffy white towels. The staff are all so friendly we were chatting about having just returned from honeymoon and when we sat down to our evening meal they presented us with a bottle of fizz as a congratulations. The meal itself was fantastic massive portions really tasty and a good price too. We will be returning again at some point without doubt it's also close for the stunning Brigham rocks as a day out in the country.
“The Crown Inn”
