With easy access links to The Tennant Arms the Hotel offers the perfect venue for business colleagues and delegates to meet up, whether travelling from north, south, east or west. The Crag Restaurant situates on the ground floor offers disability access and featuers natural daylight.  We offer banquetting facilities for small select groups or larger parties-these can be catered for.

The Hotel also has a private / function dining room that can accommodate up to 40 people.

Food

Meet the chef:

Tom who is our head chef has had a passion for cooking from a very young age, where helping his grandma in the kitchen at home was to prove valuable in his chosen career.

Having trained at university college Birmingham completing culinary arts and management Tom’s career has so far taken him all around the world including America where he was sous chef at America’s number one outdoor resort, whilst working in the states Tom also opened four fine dining restaurants where he cooked over open fires using only the finest ingredients.

Tom is passionate about food and is very proud to be able to bring his style of cooking to the Yorkshire Dales, Tom’s vision is quite simply to offer the finest dining experience the dales has to offer and gain a reputation which is second to none, using only the finest, freshest ingredients, the menu at the Tenants Arms will offer something for every taste.

Bar

The heart of The Tennant Arms is the bar, with stone flagged flooring and traditional decor.  We offer a range of cask ales and bottled beers, spirits and fine wines to suit even the most discerning connoisseurs' pallet.

Accommodation

It is no exaggeration to call the rooms at the Tennant Arms simply stunning. Our 11 bedrooms are furnished to a superb high standard with en-suite bathrooms and the use of flat screen televisions.

Each room is individually designed.  We guarantee that you wont go home disappointed - the only problem may be that you will have to come back and try them all!

We have a selection of standard, superior and deluxe bedrooms all with rooms located in the main building.

The majority of our bedrooms have been designed to a specific theme with certain rooms having the added benefits of a free standing bath and Jacuzzi.  Dogs are allowed in certain bedrooms at a small extra cost.
