"The Prince of Wales has asked me to thank you most warmly for your very kind letter. Your pie certainly did arrive in time for 'lunch on the hill' and it was highly appreciated. Appetites can become quite large on such days and your pie certainly did the trick apart from being utterly delicious!"
The Hare Arms - Trish McManus
"Just wanted to compliment you on your fantastic Countryside Pie! We run a very good pub and restaurant here in Norfolk and are used to very good quality produce from our own area, but your pie knocked spots off any pies we have tasted before!"
